Neath Athletic RFC Girls Rugby Taster Day Saturday 3rd July at Neath sports Centre, Court Herbert. 10am until 1pm For all ages from 11 years old to senior ladies.
Rugby stations will be set up for players to experience a variety of skills during the day. Osprey players will be on hand for advise and information.

This event is open to all players under the age of 18 and of all abilities.
Anyone wishing to attend must complete the attached application form (BELOW) and return to Nicola Smith – nsmith@wru.co.uk – by Friday 2nd July 2010.
Players should wear appropriate rugby clothing, bring any protective equipment, a packed lunch, plenty to drink and sun block.
This is a very important time for quite a few players as they are currently sitting exams in school or college.

Last week the Ospreys Girls U15’s & U18’s Development Summer Sessions kicked off. The girls were involved in a number of individual and team work exercises which they seemed to enjoy immensely.
The Ospreys Girl’s teams at under 15 and under 18 will start training for the forthcoming season 2010/11 at Court Herbert Playing Fields (Neath Sports Centre) on Tuesday 8th June, starting at 6.30pm and finishing at 8pm. Read the rest of this entry »
In order to put girls rugby on a more solid footing the rugby development officers in the Ospreys region have come up with a plan for development centres for girls at under 11’s and 13’s.
